- • Relationship status and number of dependants
- • Driver's licence — type, number and version number
- • A brief self-assessment of your credit history
Living situation
- • Current home address and how long you've lived there
- • Previous address if less than 3 years at your current one
- • Whether you own, rent, or board — plus mortgage balance if you own
Employment
- • Current employer (or business name) and role
- • How long you've been there
- • Previous employer details if less than 3 years in your current role
Income & expenses
- • Take-home income and pay frequency (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
- • Partner's income, if applicable
- • Housing costs, food, insurance, utilities and fuel/transport costs
- • Any existing loans or credit card balances
